Ms. McCarthy joined Performance Equity in 2011. Prior to joining Performance Equity, Ms. McCarthy was an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Hillview Capital Advisors in New York, NY. Prior to joining Hillview in 2007, Ms. McCarthy was a member of the Human Resources staff for Marrakech, Inc. in Woodbridge, CT. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University in Boston.
