Anita Windels,
Director, Human Resources
Ms. Windels joined Performance Equity in 2005 and currently oversees Human Resources and Office Administration. Prior to Performance Equity, she was employed for 19 years by Schwab SoundView Capital Markets, formerly SoundView Technology Group, a broker/dealer and investment bank focused exclusively on the technology sector where she was responsible for overseeing the management of all office facilities, operations, and other core administrative functions, completing several large office expansions and relocations in San Francisco, New York, and Connecticut. Ms. Windels is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She received her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Roger Williams University.
